I was brought onto the Willow TV show by director Jonathan Entwistle who was the second director attached to the first episode of the series and I boarded a lot of that episode (‘The Gales’). Later I was asked by LucasFilm to work with director Adrian McDowall to storyboard Second Unit footage for key scenes on the first episode.
I also worked on a couple of scenes for episode 3 (‘The Battle of the Slaughtered Lamb’) with director Debs Paterson and together we also boarded a short flashback scene for episode 5 (‘Wildwood’).
The scenes ‘Log Bridge’ and ‘Bone Reavers Chase’ are presented here as a combination of first unit and second unit storyboards.
Despite working directly for Lucasfilm I was not credited for my work on this show.
Willow premiered on Disney+ on 30th November 2022.
